Tattoo artist Fred Ivar Falck HusumBorn october 10th 1971 in Kristiansand , he grew up in Kaupanger, Sogn and moved to Sandnes in -95 where he made his living by doing leatherwork.
In -98 he started tattooing and after four years of working as an apprentice , he started his own studio, Midgardsormen.
Today there is two Midgardsormen tattoo & Piercing studios. Bryne and Sogndal.
Closest to his heart is fantasy, realistic and viking style tattoos, preferably in black and white.
As tattoos are gaining more and more popularity, some customers tend to ask what is the most common or popular style, size or placement.
To Fred Ivar this seem to be a dangerous way to make a decicion, as tattoos are forever! It is not a good thing to be stuck with a tattoo wich is not the "popular" style next year.
A tattoo is a very personal thing and a way to express youself. And when you ask for advice he encourage you to make a choice based on your own feeling and not on popular trends or others opinions.
Tattoos are menant to express individuality and is not a fashion thing.

Tattoo Bryne
Tattoo artist Ann Beate NordbøBorn june 23rd 1978. She has always been interested in art and drawing, and found out early this was something she would be doing for the rest of her life.
After a tre year study in "tegning, form og farge" she continued her schooling in college in England, a tre year study in illustration with a BA (Hons) degree.
Tattoos has always been a great interest and she started her learning at Midgardsormen in october 2007. She has been very busy and have made great progress in a very short time. She is always working on refining her skill and are determined to make every tattoo the best she possibly can. She likes old school and colored tattoos.

Geir Falck Husum Piercing Sogndal
Piercing artist Geir Falck Husum.Born December 22nd 1974.
Geir is the one you meet when you walk in the door at our studio in Sogndal. He is kind and gentle and will do his best to help you wether you are looking for a new piercing or an appointment for your new tattoo.
His interest in piercing started when he was offered the opportunity to take over the business started by Henriette Solsvik. Along with his skill his interest in piercing has grown deeper.
Today his insight in the art of piercing is as impressive as his gentle way to take care of you as a customer.
In addition Geir run our T-shirt printshop and Midgardsormen webshop.
Kristine Vaule Piercing Bryne
Piercing artist Kristine Vaule.Born May 22nd 1985. Kristine is in charge of all piercings made on Midgardsormen Bryne.
Her interest in tattoos and piercings started at an early age, and I guess hooking up with us was unavoidable.
She had her first tattoo made on Midgardsormen. She showed a lot of interest and she came by the shop so frequently that we had to make her a job offer.
After a period of learning and practice she is now a very skilled and experienced piercing artist.
Kristine is also working as a chef at Jæren Hotell and therefore she is working part time with us.
